Want to know why we are behind?

My comments come from reading the October 24, 2011 Ohio Crop-Weather Report from NASS. This first chart shows that we are 30 days behind on the number of days suitable for field activities compared to the 5-year average, the bottom is of the current soil moisture status - wet, everywhere!
